In a newspaper article today by Alicia Caldwell of Associated Press has written that a Tax package to finance the NM Spaceport failed to carry with a large majority of the electorate. In fact the Tax package carried by a small but convincing margin.

I am a retired USAF MSgt. While in the Air Force I maintained AWCS of the TF/F-102A, F-101B/F and the F-4C/D/E. My last four years of service were as an Instructor in this field and in Basic Electronics, Digital Logic, Transistor Physics and Automatic Equipment (ATE) Test Sets for the F-4 series Aircraft and served as a Master Instructor. I have an AA degree in Liberal Arts and 3 AAS degrees in Avionics Radar, Instructor in Technology and Manufacturing Drafting Technology along with a CAD Certificate. I have been an ATE Set Engineer, developing Test Programs, analyzing the circuits and writing the code to test the circuits, the validation of the Test Code and the Documentation to support the Test Sets, an Industry Technical Instructor of ATE Programming and Maintenance, an Independent ATE Consultant. I am now fully retired and deeply involved in the support of the Civilian Space Effort. I was a charter member of the National Space Institute and the Planetary Society. I am a current member of the National Space society, the Planetary Society, and the Moon Society.
